Core parameters and functional highlights
I. Objective lens and observation
Objective lens configuration: covers 4X, 10X, 40X (S), 100X (S, Oil) objective lenses, adapted to different observation needs. Low-power objective lenses (4X, 10X) are used for macroscopic sample scanning (such as overall observation of blood smears), and high-power objective lenses (40X, 100X) can be used to observe cell structure and microbial morphology (such as detecting parasites and pathogens in animal blood), helping veterinarians to accurately diagnose diseases.
Eyepiece design: The biological microscope uses wide-angle eyepieces WF10X (optional WF16X), with a 45° tilted sliding binocular head, which can naturally adjust the viewing angle during observation, reduce fatigue from long-term observation, and adapt to veterinary operations of different heights and habits; the wide-angle design expands the field of view, making it easy to quickly locate key areas of the sample.
II. Stage and Focusing
Stage: The double-layer mechanical stage has a size of 140X140mm and a moving range of 75X45mm. It can stably place animal tissue slices, culture dishes and other samples. Through precise movement, detailed observation of different areas of the sample can be achieved (such as scanning the entire blood smear and locating the site of tissue lesions); the mechanical structure operates smoothly to ensure smooth movement of the sample and avoid deviation affecting the observation.
Focusing system: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing, focusing range of 30mm, fine adjustment interval of 0.002mm. Coarse adjustment can quickly approach the focus of the sample, and fine adjustment can achieve nanometer-level precise focusing, which can clearly present the fine structure of the sample (such as the subtle features of organelles inside cells and parasites), meeting the high requirements of veterinarians for observation accuracy (such as accurate diagnosis of pathological sections).
III. Condensation and Illumination
Condenser: Equipped with Abbe condenser (NA=1.25) with variable aperture and filter. The variable iris can adjust the light convergence angle, adapt to the numerical aperture of different objective lenses, and optimize the use of light; the filter can adjust the color of the light source (such as blue filter to enhance bacterial staining contrast), improve the quality of sample imaging (such as making the cell boundaries and staining areas of animal tissue sections clearer).
Illumination system: supports halogen lamps (220V/6V20W or 110V/6V20W), with stable light and suitable color temperature, which can truly restore the color of the sample (such as when observing animal blood smears, ensuring clear color differences between red blood cells and white blood cells); optional five-fold LED light source, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, adaptable to different power supply environments (such as laboratories, mobile diagnosis and treatment vehicles), and uniform lighting effect, reducing sample observation shadows.
IV. Flexible expansion configuration
Objective turret: supports quadruple (quadruple)/quintuple objective turret, which can flexibly change the number and combination of objective lenses according to detection needs (such as conducting multiple sample tests at the same time, switching different magnifications), and expand observation functions (such as quickly switching objective lenses for comparative observation when studying animal pathology).
Power adapter: Optional battery power supply, free from the constraints of power cords, adapt to mobile diagnosis and treatment (such as veterinary door-to-door services, outdoor detection of farms), without stable power supply scenarios (such as animal diagnosis and treatment in remote areas), to ensure that the equipment can continue to carry out observation work in different environments.
