The core function is to accommodate the diagnosis and treatment of small animals (cats, dogs, and small exotic pets) because the software and probe are designed for small animals. If used to examine large animals (cows and horses), the image display and parameter compatibility will be reduced. We recommend using a dedicated large animal ultrasound device. If you want to accommodate both, we suggest prioritising the small animal scenario.
For example: Imaging parameters: Optimised for the body size and tissue characteristics of cats and dogs (e.g., pets have thin heart walls, so the software automatically adjusts to a high frame rate), resulting in clearer images; Measurement templates: Built-in specialised formulas for veterinary obstetrics (foetal development assessment) and cardiology (cardiomyopathy indicators), etc., with one-click results, eliminating the need for manual calculations by veterinarians; Case management: Categorised storage by small animal disease type (e.g., feline infectious peritonitis, canine joint disease), facilitating review and research.
Specific dimensions can be found in the parameter table (typically indicating screen-to-body ratio/physical dimensions). Compared to standard small-screen devices, the display area is at least 30%–50% larger.
